Problem is, many work at home jobs posted on the Internet are scams, and won't net you any real income. Before searching for a work at home job, be aware that you should never, ever have to pay a potential employer before receiving work from them. br /br br /Having to pay for a membership, subscription or starter kit is a sure sign of a work at home scam. This leads to many job seekers being frustrated by the lack of legitimate work at home jobs. br / br /Keep in mind that employers pay you to do work for them. You don't pay an employer for the pleasure of applying. The only exceptions are if you need a certification or additional training to do the job. However, even in those cases, the employer will typically hire on the condition that you will get your certification or training within a specified time period. So what jobs can you do at home for a real paycheck? Here are some ideas. br / br /If you have a Bachelor's degree in a subject, you could tutor online. There are many online tutoring services that match up clients who are having trouble with math, science or English to a potential tutor for an online chat session. Tutoring services also offer essay writing help to college students, so if you love to teach and have a degree, it's a great idea to see what tutoring services are available and hiring. br / br /Medical transcription is also a job you can do legitimately from home. It has to do with the transcription of documents for physicians who dictate medical reports. The transcriptions become part of patients' permanent files, so it is important and fulfilling work. Most medical transcription does require training to understand the various jargon used by physicians, but after the initial training the work can be done at home, at your leisure and returned on a deadline. Transcriptionists generally have good job security. br / br /If you have a certain talent, consider freelancing with that talent. Freelancing is hiring yourself out on a per-job basis, and can be great if you have skills that can be done at home. Many freelancers are graphic designers, web designers, writers and consultants that are not currently working with one firm exclusively, but hire themselves out. Freelancing may not be for you if you are looking for a steady stream of income that is always the same, but it's a great way to pick up extra work here and there if you have in demand skills.br /br /Oracle Transcription, Inc (http://oracleti.com) offers information on a href=http://oracleti.commedical transcription/a.
